Dear Sir, I am writing from " Maxivision Eye Care Hospital Madhapur ." We have this landline phone of Reliance and when ever we ring up BSNL it will say this root is busy whole day you keep trying it will repeat the same thing, any other no we will try first it will say please check the no you have dialed & than if redial button is pressed than the no becomes correct and it will connect.

Kindly attend to this problem as soon as possible urgently as this is a hospital.

If the problem is not solved in 24 hours we will be forced to switch to any other telephone company

I hope you will do the needful or we will write to the higher authorities
