Wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment

Dr. Girish nair was my grandfathers doctor at fortis hospitals, we had chosen him, the staff directed us to him, after getting my grandfather admitted under him even after 3 days he could not tell us the diagnosis, he did not even touch the patient and used to scrible some notes, we lost lot of money in form of CT scan and MRI and would shout if we asked him for same. Later we had to switch our doctor who did thorough examination of our grandfather and told us the probable diagnosis which was confirmed on tests and treated.
