Sir,

I have recd again query from vipul Med Corp TPA Pvt Ltd, 515 Udyog vihar Phase-V, Gurgaon on dt. 4/7. This query according I have been submit all documents through Courier (DTDC). This documents recd.by Insurance co. But till date i have recd. no any response & not recd. any Claim amount agst. my policy no. 222800/48/11/03/00002892 file no. 12RB01U1H3038. Today i have recd. a mail regarding my file is closed without any reason insurance company closed my claim file. I have member of united india insurance co ltd from 2008.

But insurance compnay not pay my claim amount & close this file.

We request you to please take action necessary.
