My father in law Late Ram Prabesh singh (Ex CPO Navy) was died in care hospital maharanipeta at vizag as on 8th jan and as per hospital record (register) the death report is sent to municipalty office as on 9th. jan.
complain:- 1. The municipal office is not issuing death certificate he is saying death report is not come to him
my mother in law visited several time in municipal office they saying come tomorrow... tomorrow,
pls advise us what she will do?
