Did not refund the fees for unused services

This is to bring to your notice that I had enrolled for a 3 year homeopathy plan which was around Rs 16, 000 including registration with Nash Homeoplex Andheri West, after three months of treatment I did not notice any significant benefit physiologically, hence I decided to discontinue the plan. Upon requesting the doctor - Mehvish Walele to refund the unused amount after deducting the charges for the service. She said that its not the policy of the company to refund the money and that we do not have any choice but to continue the medication. But now I do not trust the service any more to continue further. Since this is my hard earned money, I request you to enable me to get the refund for the services which I have not used.
