Oral B Dental Floss
Spoilt product

Sir,

I have purchased Oral B dental floss from Harshi Medical store, Malad, Mumbai in the first week of August (I do not have the bill or the exact date of purchase). When I opened the packet, I found that the floss was puffed up at places and was not usable.

The store has refused to accept the floss back. The bar code number on the floss is 5010622008204. The manufacturing date is 08. The expiry date is not mentioned on the packet.

Please provide me with a replacement for the dental floss or reimburse me the amount I have spent for it.
