Demand of Excess premium

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Mediclaim Policy through the company I work for. The minimum elgibility covers my parents, spouse & two children. In the first year, I had only one child. In the second year, we had another child. Now, the company is demanding extra premium for my second child. As the minimum elgibility is for two children, how can they demand extra premium?
