The payment for health insurance policy Health Booking reference number: PBO_30357 from Apollo Munich Health Insurance through Policy Bazaar for my mother was done by me on 16th Apr. It is now one and a half months, the medical has not been conducted for my mother (SnehLata Sodani) at Indore inspite of repeated follow-ups. They keep on telling my mother to keep fasting and then no one turns up for blood sample collection. I have followed up with Policy Bazaar at-least 25 times and have written at-least 10 mails to them.
I would like to have a full refund of my money paid Rs. 10479.
