Regarding Death Claim not receive till date

Dear Sir,

i want to bring in your notice that my brother had an accident on 7th december and he is expired on the spot. we have done all the formalities regarding claim in Jan'2012 but sir still we have not received the claim amount kindly do the needfull we will be thank full to you. my brother also having another policy in Allahabad branch code CBO - 5, they release the claim amount with in 20 days. but really i am not able to understand what they people are doing (LIC Branch 28F Manager Mr. O.P. Lamba) and what is pending can anybody help me out in this regrds.
