I, above name complainant inform you that infront of my home i.e. 35, New Chawl, Opp: Jain Temple the drainage chamber is broken and drainage/ sewage system is chock up / blocked and sewage is blocked at our home. The gutter water entering in our home and we are facing many difficulties. It is dangerous to my family & surrounding residential people health. We have complain at Prabhag Samiti no.5 your office but you have sent man but yet problem is remain unsolved. We needed suction machine & also pressure instrument to clean this line and also to construct the chamber of the drainage. Please Do the needful at urgent bases as we are in very much trouble. We are regular tax payer, we need your service better my address is 35, New Chawl, Opp: Jain Temple, Bhiwandi.
It is therefore request to you that please first construct the chamber and also clean the drainage line.
