Policy Bond not recieved even after 2 months

Hi,

I have applied for Insurance Plan for my mother in month of Oct and payment was made through cheque to TATA AIG but even after repeated complaints no one ever bothered to get back to me about my policy.

31/10/07 Chq Paid-MICR INW CL-TATA AIG GIC LT0680285 31/10/07 2, 821.00

I have been calling these guys but no action ever taken.
