Abusive phone calls

I recieved a call on my cell from phone no 66245000.The calling party identified himself as amit who was calling on behalf of icici life insurance, i told the caller that i was not interested in any scheme and was in a meeting, but he insisted that i hear him out and was quite rude. I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor and on that he got abusive, after this the same number keeps calling my cell no as amny as 30 times a day.there is no talk and only heavy breathing. Please could you put an end to this harrasment. I would like an apology from icici managment for the discomfort caused and time wasted. My cell phone company has advised me to give a police complaint regards this and my lawyer has advised the same.i would like to end this with a executive from managment talking to me.
