Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that. My Name is Arvind Kumar Giri E.S.I.C Card No is -1112542152

I Have brought a hearing aid form E.S.I.C Dwarka Ramphal Chowk as on Dtae: 06-Feb-12 unfortunatly it is defective.

But Now they are refusing to replace it al though it is in the warranty period and claimming 650? for the same.

I would be grateful to you if you could please look in to the matter urgntly as this involves my old and ailing mother who is suffering in the process.
