HERAING AID GIVEN FOR REPAIRS IS NOT RETURNED BACK

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My father (Kishor Kawdia) is suffering from Sensory neural hearing loss for which he is using Hearing aid since last few years. Since last few days, he had some problems using it. So we gave our hearing aids for both ears to Aparna Meditronics Pvt Ltd, Pune to check them and repair if needed. The Director of this company Anjani Raina came home and took it with her. Since last 8-10 days she has not contacted us about the instruments. We tried to call her and she says that the instrument is in Mumbai currently. We have not been informed what exactly is wrong about it, so we asked them to return them back. Now they are asking us to first pay them some 3000-4000 Rs. and only then we will get them back. My father told her that on recieving the instrument back, he will first see if he can hear better and the fault is gone and thn will pay whatever is reasonable.

Today when we visited their office off Nagar Rd in Pune there was nobody to attend us and when we contacted her she became absolutely arrogant and abused us by saying that she will not return the instrument at any cost. She is abusing my fathers disability.
