Horrible treatment and experience

I would like to complain about the experience I had in Apollo dental center in the address below

I took my 4 year old son for a check up, first off we had to wait for more than one hour, the Dr. Eapen Thomas who is doctor for children turned up late and then when we met him, he had no patience with my son, he started using loud pitch to make my son sit properly and started shouting at my son at high pitch in the X -ray room, then I had to intervene and get my son out of there crying, I had a bad experience and more than that my son has a bad trauma because of all this. I understand if he is a normal dentist but he specialization is Pedodontics. He then suggested if my son is not cooperating we have to do a general anesthesia and take an X-ray. A general Anesthisia for a 4 year old kid and the reason an x-ray???

I think he is a disgrace to Appolo dental center, I want a written apology from Apollo management and Dr Eapen Thomas. I will wait for on week for some action on your part or < I am going to post this story all over the blogs, facebook, other online communities about the treatment I recieved in Apollo Dental Centre.
