I had given my spouse's (Dipal Thakkar) blood & urine for analysis on May 15 (Lab. No. : 120000345, Rec. No. : 3532) where I myself had written email ID where report needs to be sent. I had paid all the money which was requested. Now today when (It is May 18- 2 working days passed) patient is asking that time Baroda center (krunal/tejal) people is saying that we forgot to send the report. This is highly disappointing because it has been happening for the third time. It seems that they do not take it anything seriously & taking patients for the ride.
Secondly, When I had given all test's name, they asked me to pay Rs.3690/- which I had paid, later in noon I got call that Rs.400/- was left to be paid because of someone's mistake they did not calculate HIV test's charges, which again I accepted that I will pay when I will come back.
Today when I am asking for reports, they sent me only one report (HIV report)(attached for your reference), for which I have not paid yet, rest all reports are lying with them. I had also requested them to send reports for which I have made the payment but still they have sent the report for which I have not made the payment. They are holding all my reports because of only one payment of Rs.400/- which I have told that I will make the payment for sure. (If I can pay Rs.3690/- then I can pay Rs.400/- as well). While asking for justification, they says that it is company policy, is it a customer friendly policy where customer has paid for the test and he is not supposed to get the reports???
I request you to please take this issue seriously otherwise I have to go to customer forum for such harassment. I want you to take serious action against these two employees because it is sheer negligence.
