Threating custome

Sir,

This complain is regarding Arjun Enterprises, Pune

1) Not ready to give bill, when forced asked me to fill in Bill details.

2) Not submitted my documents to MTS office.

3) False commitment.

4) payed Rs 999 /- for recharge but not recharged utill i called serverl times.

5) Threatening saying "Do what ever you want to do, will not submit your document".

I purchased MTS M Blaze moderm at Rs 2300, and Rs 999 for recharge my MTS connection with number 9145031890.

on 19th Jan.

I asked him to give me bill but he was not ready to give me bill details, when forced he handed me empty

bill saying you should write all the details as he is not bother to write the details.

I called up on 21st Jan, 3 times asking him to recharge he angry said he is doing and should not call him

again. then atlast on 21th Jan.

On 19th Jan he said he has already submitted my documents to MTS office.

On 25-26th Jan my MTS connection was blocked, cause my documents did not reached to MTS office.

When i enquired Arjun Enterprises he said, he has more than 100 of documents and he cann't manage the documents.

He promised he will submit my documents on 27th.

Regarding above what is mentioned i have a audio recording between Arjun Enterprises and me.

On 27th, after servel follow he Threaten me saying, "Do what ever you want to do, will not submit your document".

I have me mentally harashed by him, and I request to take strict action against him,

I personally submited my documents to MTS office on 2th Feb.

Since its my prepared connection its almost 10 days my connection is closed, this will only effect customer,

I dont want any warning regarding Arjun Enterprises, he should be fined, i have seen many customer complaining

at his office, but he is least botherd.
