Unauthorized deduction of internet data

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been using MTS Mblaze internet data card since June. My datacard number is 9133936585. I am not able to understand on what basis they are deducting my internet balance. I purchased RS.999/- plan which offers 3GB internet data usage which was finished within a week even i didn't download any large data. I called customer care and asked about this deduction, they said the deduction was genuine. I again recharged my datacard with Rs.248/- for 1GB data, yesterday i.e., 11.07.2012 the balance was around 660 Mb when i checked before start using internet, then i did watch 2 videos on youtube which were about 15 min duration, after that i rechecked my balance and i was shocked to see that it was around 262 MB in my internet balance, i.e., 400 MB deducted for watching 2 video (even the size of those particular videos will be less than that). I request MTS India to look into this matter and provide me the details on what basis they have deducted my balance and refund the excessive charges.
