Continiously facing problem while online recharge of mobile

Dear Sir,

I had a bed experience with this, earlier also, while recharging online through PAY TM . Com, usually they deducts money while transaction, if recharge not happening successful, with in a day they didn't returns the deducted amount with out complain.

today also i have faced same problem, twice i have tried for recharged my mobile, amount is deducted from A/C but not recharge not completed successful.

total amount of deduction Rs - 200/-

no of transaction - two

Transection reference - IG82926470 & 583430

kindly do the needful for refund my amount today itself.
