Deduced balance for invalid transaction

Hi,

This is tribhuvont. On sunday 4/03 I had transaction with dell Ind Ltd. I swiped my debit card with account number 911010031926225.Due to failure of transaction balance of 43, 872 was deduced from my account and was not credited into Dell account. Even after complaining to axis bank customer persons I had no reply back. I want my money back into my account early. Please take action as early has possible. I was not allotted with any transaction id.
