Very poor customer support

Very very poor customer support!

More than 12 hours server down on 28/02.

PHP not running in server, all the php files get downloads directly.

They won't reply to any emails. Roughly speaking in phone calls.

They have a support website http://www.24x7support.org/, but it's worst.

Automatic scripted mails only you receive. When you again forward the same to the email address again, they try to see the mail, but not sure whether they solve your problem. But sure, never they reply to your email.

They reply properly to mail regarding sales only.

Also, they answer your call only on working times 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM, some numbers given in website not working / not reachable.
