I have booked three items from your site bearing booking number 100131498 on 21 June. Your website does not provide shipping details so far. I contacted your customer care they provide pod number of above consignment. i will check pod respective courier company, the above items reached their office on 25th July. They not delivery items so far. Anyway your service is very bad as well as your courier (overnite express & quantium) partner also.

I have already sent more mail about this compliant; unfortunately your office did not respond all this mail.

In this circumstance; I constrained to cancel our order and request you to please refund amount as earliest.

I have no interest to continue any relationship with your firm in future
