Landline not working

Dear Sir / Madam

We have an Airtel Landline & Broadband Connection Account no. 14286953 . Our Landline phone is not working since 21.08.11 to till date. When we phoned for our landline problem then we had a complain no. 2659284 dt. : 21.08.11 . A person came on 10.09.2011 from Airtel he corrected the problem of Landline & Broadband . on 10.09.2011 the phone & Broadband were working properly. But from 12.09.2011 monday the Landline is not working again. The Dial tone is not coming. Only Broadband is working proper.

Pls tell me what should we do. We are very dippressed from Airtel. Our landline phone is dad from 15 days regularly.

Kindly do the needful.
