Product paid for but not delivered

Sir,

I had Ordered A pair Of Adidas boots and Adidas bag from Bagittoday.com of the Times of India Group. There were some minor free gifts with the main product (boots). My order total was Rs. 2499. i ordered by cash on delivery. The order was delivered after nearly One and a half Months. I had to pay the sum in the post office. but on opening the parcel i found that the free gifts had been delivered but the main product i.e The adidas boots were not included. The free gifts which included an adidas bag of very bad quality, an ordinary sipper bottle, cheap looking adidas watch and an encyclopeadia disk which is absolutely scratched and does not work. On calling Customer Care they told me they had some Technical problem and could not solve my problem so to call back later. but since then i have been trying to call them and could not get through even once. Sir the money is hard earned and the company should look into the grievances of its customer. later i found numerous complaints regarding baggitoday on the internet. But i think no one's complaints have been addressed. Sir, i Cannot believe how a company of such repute is carrying on such a scam with no step from the governmen.
