Bag It Today
Didn't receive the Product

Sir, my name is Siuli Begam. I am from Agartala, Tripura. I have ordered a pair of Reebok Lite Runner shoes at Bag it today on 11th February. The order number was 1015202505. On 15th February when I tracked the order it shows that the product was Dispatched through IndiaPost with the AWB No. EP220511471IN. But till today (28th March) I have not received the product. I tried to track the consignmemt number on IndiaPost Tracking system but it shows "not found". I contacted the Customer Care of Bag it today for several times but they were unable to tell me a correct reason. Then I contacted the IndiaPost also and they told me that there is no booking in this consignment number and the number must be invalid. Now I ask, why does Bag it today started such people cheating and fraud bisuness? Why don't they have a good manner to send the products to people? And if the don't want, why they run this business?
