Not refunding the amount Rs.3298

This is Ramana. I was ordered one reebok shoe kit on 23rd june. I saw one telugu news paper (saakshi) and ordered shoe kit and paid Rs.3298/ from my credit card. But they did not dispatched my product for 45 days. My order number is 880131208. Then i canceled my product on 31st july. while canceling my product that time they told that within 21 days you will received your amount but still i didnot received. Every day i calling to customer care but they are telling that we are forwarding to concern department with 21 days you will recieved amount. Bag it today cheating to everybody. If anybody requires proofs then please contact me.
