Bag It Today
Free holiday voucher is not received

Hi,

I ordered some books under 1 Rs sale of India Today Book Club/Bag it today. I received books however the free holiday as mentioned in offer is not received.

As told by customer care executive on phone I accessed site (http://www.bagittoday.com/promos.htm) to get the holiday package and entered code to claim offer. But sites always gives error that - "You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again!!! "

I called customer care and I was told to give him 48 hours to activate the offer. This has not been done after several days from that call.

On this forum I have read similar complaints. Is India Today cheating on people or it is incapable of giving proper service?

I need this to be solved asap.
