Firstly i had booked an order with booking Id: 998874501 on 14.10.2010 & today is 10.11.2010 & till date the item is not yet delivered when contacted to the customer care today, was told that still it will take 10-15 working days to deliver the order.

secondly i was contacted by ur call center and assured me of diamonds worth of Rs.50000.00 value or cash Rs.50000.00 as my mobile no. was shortlisted for special Diwali Closing in the afternoon of 04.11. for which i had to make a purchase transaction for generating of Booking ID, i made a transaction worth Rs.7498 with booking Id:110094202 & Rs.899 towards handling & posting charges with booking Id:110094203 in a single call with my Axis bank credit card, at the end of the call i was told that i had got the Diamonds (7 to 10 Pc. with a total 10 Cent Wt.) & not the Cash (not declaring the Value of Diamond) & will be Shipped shortly. But on the other call from u, i recognized that i had been cheated by u, the call declared that i'll be getting diamonds worth Rs.5000.00 (7 to 10 Pc. with a total 10 Cent Wt.) only & not worth Rs.50000.00

When i called up to your Customer care for cancellation of the orders & requested for the refund, i was informed that the order is still with the Punching Department & refund will be processed in another 20-25 working days.

Why so much time is required for cancellation & refund when every thing is online? this is a way just to cheat the people in one way or the other.

either u will be give us the products (that too after almost more then a month after booking) or else our Cash will be used up by u for again more then a month before refunding.

I want my refund to be released immediately as i want to cancel my Bookings (booking Id:110094202 & booking Id:110094203) & i don't think that there would be any problem from ur side since the order is in the punching department itself.

Expecting a Quick & honest action.
