Dear si,

i am jas on menezes had placed an order 1001885132 on 18th jan but haven't received any information. i have contacted the customer service number in last 2 weeks as per the time frame given.

The reply i got is my order is not updated till 11yh feb '11. i dont understand how a order is generated and is not updaed in the system. i spoke to a senior an associate evn ied to me once that the order is updated. Completely UNETHICAL business practice.
