Non-receipt of Free Gift

I had placed order for reebok shoes on 20.02.2010 against mode of payment as Cash on delivery as the credit card option was not functioning on your website. Subsequently i got a call from your customer service executive (Telephone no used was 91 11 45188600) who told me to do the payment on the Phone line using my Credit card as the COD would take lot of time (more than 4 weeks) as the delivery will happen through VPP service. Hence i did the payment using my credit card on the phone line when your customer service executive called up regarding the order. The transaction id given to me was 880073965. He also confirmed that the earlier order will be cancelled and only the current order would be processed.

I received the parcel without the free gift which was promised for the first time shoppers on the site.

On raising complaint, I got all the irrelevant replies from different persons from the customer care unit of the company. The free gift is yet to arrive. I have lost my patience and left it there.
