Not supplying the orde

Hi

880070929 is the order number of the company. They have collected Rs.3400/- towards the cost of a Sigmatel mobile hand set from my credit card. The transaction was made in Feb. Till now they have not supplied the hand set. On calling at their phone (011 40502424) the answer is "Product is out of stock and will be supplied in 10-15 days". Such companies should be banned from making business. Their Toll free number is not responding. Hence I have to bear the cost of telephone bill also.
