Non receipt of Product/Gold gift (Rs 5 lakhs)

I received a call from ITBC that I have won a gift of Rs 5 lakhs. To avail the gift I was asked to do purchases worth Rs 33000/- which i immediately did by paying through my credit card on 24th July.. The product purchased was Aiptek Projector with Philips Home thetre free. I have till date nwither received the product nor the Gold gift worth Rs 5 lakhs. There is no feedback from the customer care. No mail or phone call. I have sent many mails and also called up many a times but in vain. Every time they tell me that it would be resolved this week. I am getting a feeliong that this might be a fraudulent transaction. I would like someopne to take it up very strongly with the company and arrange for the product delivery alongwith Rs 5 lakhs Gold gift box. My transaction reference is 880139901 dated 24th uly 2010.
