Non receipt of ordered Items along with gift items as per their date of commitment

Dear Sir,

I have purchased on line on 23/10 by payment through credit card, Philips DVD player 8" screen, Samsung Camcorder, watch, philips home theatre, Rs. 5000/- gold gift voucher, Rs.7000/- air travel voucher and 20cent original diamonds with authentication certificate, and some more gift which they have promised that all these items will rich to you before 5/11 i.e. before diwali. But till date I am waiting for all above items. I have e-mailed for three- four times to reply in this regard but they are not replying for the same.

Total Amount paid Rs.7498.00 899.00 and Rs. 15998.00 899.00 .
