I had ordered belly fab bag 1066d6564

We had ordered 4 bags in future bazar dot .com. they promised date of delivery as 4th of may but o got the delivery on 10 th of may.

i am really shocked to see the condition of the hand bags, .one bag from belly fabs is definately a second hand bag with lot of stain marks and doesn't have a new look at all. therewhere full of dirt and stains. moreover one or two places stain of blood.

secondly we ordered for a black bag but you sent one green bag. that is also from belly fab. we dont want what is left over there we want the item we

ordered.

thirdly the clutch bag i ordered is not closing properly. all defective pieces you are sending. pls refund my money.

out of 4 bags i purchased only one bag is without any problem.

i dont want the second hand and defective bags.
