This is another complaint.
I have made a complaint vide registration complaint No. 006888866 on 29/6.
I regret the services provided by BSNL BROADBAND COMBO 600 PLUS is of poorest quality looking the rent I pay for speed in Internet facility I deserved.
It seem that there is no improvement in the services since last about SIX MONTHS which means that the technical staff after this is inefficient having poor qualification in handling the network services.
Such IT country like India is deserving good reputation in the world, why not your company can deserve this type of personnel having good qualifications to handle such problems.
Kindly be serious in doing so and tackle my with other users facing such problem.
In my observations & understandings, Govt. offices are not taking serious note of improvement of quality services provided to the public at large.
