No service provide

It has been very bad experience to be associated with Manas Hosting. Service provided by the company is very poor (lowest levels every one can imagine). I had taken 3 years hosting package with them. After 2 months of service company started calling me staying that my package would get expire if I don't renew & after that month they deleted my details and account saying I did not renew my account. I'm not able to understand that when I pay them for 3 years how they can stop giving me service after 2 months. More over their support staff is also very rude and not capable to every understand basis query.
