Delay in connection

I have applied for a broadband connection with BEAM and requested them to put a seperate box in my apartment as the box from which they were giving the connection is near to a electric transformer and the executive has agreed to setup a separate box connection and said it will be 10days to setup the connection. even though it is more than 15 days still there is no response from them.
