Paid for the month but service disconnected

Hello Team,

Hope I get a response from you atleast.

I have raised 4 tickets till now and there is no response from BEAM. I have called them many times but still they do not response.

I have paid for the connection for my service and it is valid till 23 dec. But they have suspended my account on 10 december.

Which rule on earth do they follow. When I call them they say that the account team will call me back but they never call. I have already paid the amount but they never respond to my calls?

Can some one please take an action on them?
