Bad service for new customers

Hi,

I requested for new internet connection so i approached Beam Telcom for that. I stay in hyderabad near chudi bazar area. the Beam tele executive came to my home and filled to form and i payed the halfyearly amount by cheque. The connection date they promised me is 10days maximum but even after 15 days now no single call from Beam Telecom. No one approached me since all these days. Even i was calling the tech support from past 4 days they are taking my complaint as high priority issue still of no use. no call nothing they repeating the same scene. The person whom i provided the form who promised the connection never lifts the call. This is the wrost part on Beam telecom. This is the service they give at the time of new connection what will be the service after the provide the connection? I never thought the service will be so bad.
