Unexpected Shifting charges

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of Beam Telecom, Account Number is 92579, Userid is sachin.pranav@gmail.com. I would like to shift my connection to a new house in the same locality where I stay right now (less than 400 mts.). When I put a request for the same, I was told that i have to pay a shifting charges of 400 Rs. However, initially when I got the connection in May last year, the executive delaing with the case informed me there will not be any shifting charges in case of shifting locally.
I informed the same thing initially to the customer care, then to the technical staff who contacted me for the same. However they told that I have to pay the shifting charges and executive would have by mistake told about free shifting.
I was kind of cheated by the executive and hence the company as well.
Could you kindly help me in this regard. Awaiting for a prompt reply from your side.
