Invalid Gift Voucher Issued

I have purchased a bestylish voucher of Rs.1000 from dealsandyou.com for Rs.99, order no. 130191.

I tried to use the same voucher on 31st Aug (last of the voucher validity) I got an error that the voucher is “INVALID”. I also notified the bestylish customer care about the issue but they said the voucher needs to be re-activated which it would take 24 hrs and by then it will be expired, so you cannot use the voucher anymore. I tried to explain them that it wasn’t my fault that the voucher shows invalid, it’s the problem with their system so why should I suffer for something no my mistake and I tried to avail it before expiry date.

I have tried to explain the same thing again and again them but now they aren't even replying.

So kindly help me in getting my voucher.
