Regarding GPRS Connection

Myself Nitin Wagh writing this mail on behalf of my father MR.Dr. Bhaidas Magan Wagh who is a class I officer in Govt. office.

He is using Airtel prepaid card under govt. employee scheme.

Initially my GPRS connection was activated till 19th of August. I made a request and send a msg

"GPRSDEACT" to 222. But since then it has not been deactivated. I called the customer care executives 100 times. But nothing has been done yet. I am not satisfied with your service totally.

Keep in mind it a prepaid card. Everyday Rs 7

is been deducting from my balance.

I am really frustrated now.

And when I colled ur customer care exeutive, his name is Mr. Rakesh spoken with me very rudly. I tell u he a very pathetic person. How could u tolerate these persons.

I hope this complaint will be enough to take action.

And hoping i will get my refund to my balance as well.
