Airtel new Wi-Fi Connection

Hi,

Airtel representative approached me & promised that I can get wi-fi connection in 48 hrs. I gave all relevant documents as well as cheque for Rs -; the amount is deducted from my b ank a/c on 1st July. But, even today I have not got the connection

I request you help me in either getting the promised connection ASAP or get back my money. Please let m eknow if more info is required
