I am shanku das. My telephone number is 03513284126 .i am also a broadband customer. When I applied for broadband connection for unlimited plan “they tell me a plane have rs. 500 rural unlimited”.then I agree and fill the form for help of the customercare officer. But when get my monthly bill this time I saw I have no unlimited plan. Amount of my bill is to long.

Sir please tell me what I do in this time.
