For the reset of portal id of broadband

Sir,

i am Bhola Jain, from Sirsa. i have a bsnl broadband connection plan 500 combo in my home but my broadband portal id does not open last 1 years.i have a great loss of money for this. many times. i gave complain in sirsa telephone exchange in written or oral. but they did not took proper step. please solve this problem.
