I have submitted Rs 750 for the Airtel broadband connection on Oct-21.

My form number is 1975994. Bharti is incapable of putting up broadband connection saying that they do not have free port in the switch.

Also till date, they have not returned my money back.

I have been in constant touch with their call centre Care NCR [Care. NCR@airtel.in] which have filed number of complaints but are good for nothing.

Also I have been following the same with some Mr. Gajendra (9810349662) who is also not able to get me the refund though being appointed by Airtel for such cases.

I have contacted Mr. Archit (9810025794) who is also reluctant and sound incapable saying it is handled by third party and they have no control.

Apart from this, I get 15-20 calls everyday from Airtel asking " Sir you have applied for broadband connection etc etc) but they bunch of uneducated people are not aware of their own incapabilities of port not being free.

When I complained same with Archit, he said that he can not do anything for this.

I am looking for the refund and action against everybody involved.
