Hi,

I have purchased a Airtel Broadband connection in Month of Jan.

Now airtel has introduced a Service of Airtel Broadband TV. When i am trying to register for the service, the airtel customer care persons on 01244444121 are saying that the email id showing in their accounts is different from my email id (my email is bedi.hitesh@gmail.com). Also certain antivirus services are also registered from this email id. I have told them to deactivate all the services and also to change my email id but no success. I have also asked to change it manually by going to the customer care center in gurgaon but they denied to do so.

I just wanted to know if the email id can not be changed then how come it has been changed from mine to the other email id.

Also if i am calling the airtel broadband customer care 18001029997 they have my correct details.

I just need to deactivate all my services except for the broadband.
