Dear Sir/Mam
I want to bring into your notice that since day 1, I was facing problems regarding my new connection for 91 9810085915 regarding internet services. The problem was that since day 1 i was not getting the guarantedd speed of 3G services and even I used that Airtel Modem and I complaint to the Airtel three times but they never replied to my complaint and they slapped me a bill of Rupees 2000.
My complaint is not resolved yet so I didn't pay the bill to the Bharti Airtel. Now they started harrasing me. Even I can't use my broadband correctly due to the bad 3G coverage. I am very much frustrated due to the Bharti Airtel ignorance with me. I want file a case regarding this issue.
I am requesting the Airtel to refund my Dongle price of Rs 1800. As they didn't provide me the services to me as they promised and they didn't resolve my issue also.
