No Broadband service

I want to log companint against Airtel Broadband Service, as i asked for the broadband connection to my place where i m living i.e Mayurvihar Phase-3 .As i was earlier using their service at my earlier residence & i was fully satified with teir service there.

After so much of tracking from them for a new connection to my present address, i got response that they dont have the service there as they didnt extended their line from SFS areas to near by area. My present rental residence is a bit far from SFS area.

They dont have extended lines so i must take some other connection from other telecom providers. Even though i want to take airtel coonection, i cant get that.

Right now i am literally got frustrated from chasing providers to providers to get a broadband connection having good service in all respects.
