Excess amount charged

Dear Sir, I was holding fixed line with broadband connection04443235462, as I want disconnect the line I approached your office at Pursaiwalkam branch and tendered the bill for the month of September. They told if you want to disconnect dont pay now, you will receive another final bill after your disconnection then u pay. But your people take a months time to diconnect by saying that I will provided the same line at my new location at Vaniyambadi town, even that they cant do.

Now they are asking for the rent for that month also.

As the delay in disconnection was took place only from your side, why should I pay for that month.

as I told to disconnect in the month of September itself. Therefore I wont pay any amount further. The balance payable is Rs. 651
